Matteo Belfiore contributed to the sustainable recipe book – promoted by the Italian Academy of Cuisine – realized in the occasion of The World Week of Italian Cuisine, an initiative of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, with the support of the Italian Embassy. Its aim is to promote Italian cuisine and original Italian ingredients and products.
